Urban Stages (Frances Hill, Founding Artistic Director), in association with producer/director/lyricist Peter Napolitano announces a series of musical evenings entitled WINTER RHYTHMS 2013, beginning on Tuesday, December 3 and running through Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Urban Stages Theatre (259 West 30th Street). Tickets are $30 per show (unless otherwise noted).Tickets may be purchased on www.smarttix.com or 212 868-4444.

WINTER RHYTHMS 2013 marks the fifth year that Urban Stages has brought noted musical artists to its stage during the holiday period. This award winning series benefits Urban Stages' critically acclaimed musical series helps to fund Urban Stages' On Tour Outreach Program, bringing over 300 FREE "arts in education" presentations to libraries and schools throughout the five boroughs. Urban Stages is also celebrating it's 30th Anniversary Season.

This year's festivities will kick-off with a Centennial Celebration of Mary Martin on December 3, Hosted by noted author Stephen Cole, this evening will pay tribute to the 100th Birthday to one of the great performers of the American Musical Theatre. Ms. Martin starred in such shows as The Sound of Music, South Pacific, Peter Pan, etc. Winter Rhythms will close on December 15 withFrom All of Us To All of You: Seasonal Songs and Disney, Too!, a holiday concert mixing standards with songs from the Disney songbook followed by a closing night reception.

Participating Artists From Broadway, film, television, cabaret, classical music and jazz to include Stephen Cole, Andy Monroe, Stephen Hanks, Lauren Fox, Natalie Douglas, Barbara Porteus, Lorinda Lisitza,Ted Stafford, Laurie Krauz, Meg Flather, Sarah Rice , Sean Hagerty, Bill Zeffiro, Bill Boggs, Carole J. Bufford, Marissa Mulder, Julie Reyburn, Marquee Five, Peter Napolitano, Terry Burrell, Rob Langeder, The Barry Levitt Quartet, Hilary Kole, Gregory Generet, Kat Gang, Don Rebic , Leslie Uggams, Karen Akers, Lee Roy Reams, Eric Michael Gillett, Christine Reisner-Rebic, T. Oliver Reid, Marti Stevens, Suzanne Carrico, Nina Hennessey, Janice Hall, Karen Oberlin, Gretchen Reinhagen, Adam Shapiro, Matthew Martin Ward, Lynn Cohen, Terese Genecco, Shaynee Rainbolt, Karen Wyman and more to be announced.
