WICKED's Christine Dwyer Releases Two Holiday Songs on iTunes Tomorrow

Just in time for Christmas, Wicked's current Elphaba Christine Dwyer now in her final week, will release two Christmas songs tomorrow, December 9, on Apple's iTunes.

Just in time for Christmas Wicked's current Elphaba Christine Dwyer now in her final week, has released two Christmas songs Today on Apple's iTunes. The songs entitled "All Around Me, It's Christmas" and "It's Christmas Time and I Feel Love" were written by Briana Cash, and Recorded by Oscar Winning, Grammy and Emmy Nominated engineer, Robert Smith (Michael Buble, Norah Jones), Lewis Robertson and Rachel Rose. Bruno Valenti provides orchestration on "All Around Me, It's Christmas". Robertson and Rose of OwlCove Productions also handled Mixing and Mastering.

Dwyer is currently making her Broadway Debut as Elphaba in Wicked. Christine also played the role of Elphaba on tour and also toured the country as Maureen in RENT. Most recently Christine read the role of Marianne in the new musical Whiskeyland. Other NYC/Regional credits include Tommy, New Hopeville Comics, Tinyard Hill, Rock N' Roll Debauchery. Cash is a singer-songwriter, passionate about writing and performing many genres of music. Her eclectic writing technique and diverse sound covers a lot of ground. Her main styles as a performer are Jazz / Adult Contemporary and Adult Alternative, similar to artists such as Norah Jones, Sade, Adele and Michael Bublé. Briana has her own unique sound regardless of genre (Pop, Jazz, Folk, Country). This former classically trained vocalist believes all styles have a way of crossing over and are interconnected.

Her music has been licensed on multiple T.V. networks and internationally. Briana enjoys collaborating with artists, producing, composing for T.V./Film and working as a music supervisor. She graduated from Berklee College of Music and received Berklee's "BEST" Scholarship.
