Not many know that Biggs got his start in the theatre in 1992's Conversations With My Father; he later starred in the stage version of The Graduate in 2002, appearing in The Play What I Wrote the following year. Biggs can currently be seen in the Netflix original series Orange Is the New Black and will soon appear in the TV series Deadbeat. On the big screen, Biggs has appeared in Grassroots, My Best Friend's Girl, Prozac Nation, the American Pie series, Saving Silverman and more.
