Following her successful technology collaborations with Hewlett Packard and Square, fashion designer Vivienne Tam is proud to announce a partnership with Validas, creator of SaveLoveGive.com. Celebrating the 2013 Chinese New Year, the Year of the Snake, everyone attending Vivienne Tam's 2013 Fashion Week show will receive a trillion-dollar "Lucky Money" snake bill on their seat.

The trillion-dollar bill is a metaphor about the fiscal cliff, financial models, currency and the new green economy. Globally, Wireless Waste costs consumers over a trillion dollars annually. (Americans alone overspend on mobile plans by $52.8 billion.) Wireless Waste is the difference between what consumers spend on mobile Versus what they actually use-all the money unnecessarily spent on unused texts, data and minutes each month. SaveLoveGive.com fixes the problem by individually optimizing wireless plans for free. In the month since the SaveLoveGive launched at the United Nations, over 50,000 mobile customers have found more than $2.7 million dollars of savings on their wireless bills.

Once SaveLoveGive.com recovers the "lucky money," the application then shows you how to spread your good fortune to help those struggling with bigger problems. SaveLoveGive turns Wireless Waste dollars into micro-finance loans to break the cycle of poverty. Users can pledge some or all of their wireless savings to help women start-up businesses of their own.

Validas CMO Kerry Chrapliwy explains, "We're so excited that Vivienne Tam is sharing the runway with SaveLoveGive.com; in turn we're sharing the love by allowing anyone to turn waste into opportunity."

Vivienne Tam adds, "'Lucky Money' is a Chinese tradition that brings good fortune in the New Year such a beautiful way to connect ancient traditions to new applications like SaveLoveGive.com to really help people."

Vivienne Tam, known for her fashion prints, is mashing up the SaveLoveGive seal with the Chinese character for "love" and encourages her fans to "Love! SaveLoveGive." The collaboration will walk the runway at New York's Fashion Week at Lincoln Center.
