It's another sad day at Hamilton, as tonight the cast will wish au revoir to Tony winner Renée Elise Goldsberry, who will play her final performance as Angelica Schuyler. Angelica will be portrayed on Broadway by Mandy Gonzalez starting Tuesday, September 6.
Goldsberry's other credits include Broadway's Good People, The Color Purple, Rent and The Lion King. Off-Broadway she has appeared in Hamilton (Lortel and Drama Desk Award), As You Like It, Love's Labour's Lost, and Two Gentlemen of Verona. The actress has appeared on the small screen in "The Good Wife," "Masters of Sex," "Younger" and more.
