NOËL - The Musicalcommences its US national tour as part of a Broadway Series this Saturday, November 17that the Ames Centre, Burnsville, MN a southern suburb of the Twin Cities. The production will visit 17 cities and play 25 shows in the lead up to the Holidays, concluding its run at Modesto's Gallo Center for the Arts on December 17th. NOËL - The Musical is directed by multi-award winner Sam Scalamoni and choreographed by Astaire Award nominee Charlie Sutton. The NOËL - The Musical Premier Recording is being released on VenuWorks Theatricals own label, and is produced by Liam Bates and Michael Londra. Steve Peters serves as executive producer.

The album for NOËLwas recorded at Windmill Lane Studios in Dublin and Dubway Studios in New York featuring Broadway and West End stars. The recording was led by Grammy Award nominee Jessica Vosk as Duchess (currently playing Elphaba in Wicked! on Broadway); West End star Stephen Carlile as Nick (currently playing Scar in the Lion King on Broadway); former Celtic Woman star Lynn Hilaryas Mother (Sweetie). They are joined by Mezzo Soprano Hana Kelly as Noël, former Celtic Thunder member Daniel Furlong as Teddy, James Byng as Edgar, J.B. Adams as the Mr. Carnegie, Paul Ianniello as Mac, Eric Jon Mahlum as Napoleon, and Simon Morgan as the TV Reporter.

The show's creators are the extremely talented Eoin Colfer (book) and Liam Bates (music). Eoin is a NY Times bestselling author who has achieved international acclaim for his hugely successful series of children's books Artemis Fowl, which has sold over 25 million copies worldwide and is being adapted into a major motion picture by Disney. Liam Bates is an award winning Irish composer, orchestrator and conductor. A student at the Royal Academy of London, Liam received master classes from composer Leonard Bernstein.He has composed music and songs for movies such as Don Juan De Marco, Leap Year, Last Passengerand Earthbound.

With a sweeping and original score from Liam Bates, and an inspirational story of hope - abandoned and ultimately renewed - from Eoin Colfer, NOËLis a captivating musical drama. It is the story of the little girl who saved Santa Claus. Set in modern day London, Noël is preparing for her starring role in a school Christmas play when her mother suddenly disappears. On her quest to find her mom Noëlbefriends a diverse group of homeless characters that have lost their way in life, including Nick, who believes the world has forgotten the true meaning of Christmas. Noël's bright innocence and unwavering belief in finding her mother, inspires Nick to embrace life once more, finding love and hope in himself and in the world.

VenuWorks Theatricals, the production team behind NOËL, is an Irish & American collaboration, comprised of Tony nominated producer and industry veteran Steve Peters, and leading Irish performing artist and producer Michael Londra. Since his breakthrough role as the voice of Riverdance on Broadway, Londra's career has gone from strength to strength. As a singer and producer Michael tours worldwide, receiving two Emmy® nominations for his PBS special "Beyond Celtic"airing nationally on public television in the US and on arts channels overseas.
