The appearance will mark the first time the actress will appear on-camera since she received the diagnosis in January of leptomeningeal carcinomatosis, a rare and incurable form of brain cancer.
On the upcoming show, Harper will discuss how she and her family have been dealing with the news and how she plans to live out her final days. Co-host and ER physician Dr. Travis Stork will address the disease and why it is difficult to treat.
