Over 40 young dancers, with guest medalists from last month's Valentina Kozlova International Ballet Competition, will appear in Kozlova's annual Spring Gala, Saturday April 20, 7 PM, performing excerpts from classical ballets as well as original contemporary works created especially for them.

Special guests are Jillian Schubert (USA, Silver Medal, Classical Junior Division), Sadie Weintraub (Ireland, Gold Medal, Contemporary Division II), Nikita Conn (USA, Bronze Medal, Classical Youth Division), and Justin Valentine (past medalist and recipient of one-year scholarship to the Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia).

The program will feature the young dancers both classical and contemporary ballets, including Act II of Giselle, excerpts from Paquita and Raymonda, and contemporary dances created for the students by Nina Buisson and other choreographers.
