VIDEO: The Ghostlight Series 'Memory' from CATS Featuring Jessica Hendy & Jacob Yates

Hear 'Memory' like never before! In The Ghostlight Series, CATS cast member Jessica Hendy and lifelong friend and cellist Jacob Yates strip down the powerful ballad in a brand new arrangement.

Jessica and Jacob are longtime friends and collaborators, both CCM graduates. Jessica's Broadway credits include CATS (Original Production), AIDA, AMOUR, and CATS Revival. Jacob is a Music Director and Cellist that subs for Wicked, Les Mis and Spring Awakening. "We wanted to strip down Memory, to it's bones. I was inspired one night leaving the theatre late and walking across the stage with only the ghost light lighting the way, I stopped mid stage, looked out into the vast darkness of the theatre and thought what a magical thing it would be to sing with only just the ghost light. That never happens. I called Jacob, told him my idea and we got to work right away." Jessica Hendy is currently the Understudy to the role "Gizabella" in CATS.
