VIDEO: Robert DeNiro Talks A BRONX TALE: 'Hopefully Will Come to Broadway';

Robert DeNiro stopped by this week's LIVE WITH KELLY AND MICHAEL to talk about directing A BRONX TALE: THE MUSICAL at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse. Asked about the rumor that the Oscar winner will helm the production on The Great White Way, he replies, "It's opening at the Paper Mill first and then it will, hopefully, come to Broadway." Paper Mill Playhouse will present the world premiere of A Bronx Tale: The Musical. The musical will be co-directed by two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro and four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks, with choreography by four-time Drama Desk Award nominee Sergio Trujillo. A Bronx Tale: The Musical features a book by Chazz Palminteri, music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater.

Leading the company are Jason Gotay as Calogero, Joshua Colley as Young Calogero, Nick Cordero as Sonny, Richard H. Blake as Lorenzo, Coco Jones as Jane and Lucia Giannetta as Rosina. A Bronx Tale: The Musical will run at the Millburn, New Jersey theater from February 4, 2016, through March 6, 2016. The official press opening night is Sunday, February 14, at 7:00 pm.
