About Rachel Zoe:

An unparalleled fixture in the fashion world, Rachel Zoe is a distinguished stylist, editor and designer, renowned for her effortless take on glamour. Having immersed herself in fashion and design for nearly two decades, Rachel has been heralded as one of the most influential forces working in fashion today. As a Los Angeles-based stylist, her illustrious career has flourished as she has continually proven herself to be an integral part in shaping fashion and the images of Hollywood celebrities. As well as a style expert and authority in the realms of fashion, beauty and lifestyle, Rachel is respected for her comprehensive knowledge of vintage, haute couture and contemporary design. Today, as a designer, she makes her exceptional taste and expertise accessible to her growing audience.

Introduced to the world of modern art at a very young age, Rachel found herself deeply affected by the intricacies of personal style and self-expression. As a young college graduate with a strong passion for all things vintage, Rachel moved to New York City and began working for YM Magazine as a fashion assistant, only to be promoted to editor in two short years. Seeking to diversify her experience, she began dressing actresses and pop stars for red carpet events and quickly developed a name for herself as a trusted curator of style and image.

In addition to her work as a stylist, in 2007 Rachel authored her first tome, Style A to Zoe, which became an instant hit on the New York Times' Best Seller List. Very shortly after the success of her book, Rachel debuted "The Rachel Zoe Project" on Bravo in 2008. The show documents her career as a stylist and burgeoning designer and instantly catapulted her from behind-the-scenes stylist to a household name. With over a million viewers domestically and airing in over twenty-one international territories, "The Rachel Zoe Project" has provided access into the previously unseen world of fashion and enabled Rachel to bring its fantasy into the homes of her audience.

Inspired by the success of her luxury handbag design collaboration with Judith Leiber in 2006, Rachel felt it was time to embrace her passion for design and launched Luxe Rachel Zoe, a collection of jewelry, handbags, scarves, sunglasses and outerwear exclusively for QVC. Determined to make her iconic style accessible to all, Rachel created one of the most successful launches in QVC history. Hal Rubenstein of InStyle said of her popularity, "In the end, the public decides whose taste they want to emulate, not magazine editors or people sitting in the front rows. And the public has decided that they like Rachel."

In an effort to further expand her direct relationship with her audience and share her knowledge and expertise, Rachel launched The ZOE Report, a free daily newsletter featuring her latest obsessions in the ever-evolving worlds of fashion, beauty and lifestyle in August 2009. Quickly surpassing over 350,000 subscribers, she launched two additional daily newsletters, ZOE Beautiful and AccesZOEries, in October of 2011 focusing on beauty and accessories. Between the three newsletters, she reaches over 475,000 readers a day.

Recognizing her success as a call to expand her fashion empire, Rachel launched her eponymous contemporary collection in 2011. Drawing on vintage-inspired fabrics, patterns and the spirit of her style icons from the '60s and '70s, her line introduced separates, footwear and handbags evocative of the modern take on timelessness, which she had come to be known for. With a collection currently sold in over 275 department and specialty stores around the world, WWD has said of her talents, "If anyone was skeptical that a personality like Zoe could pull off product at a more elite level than mass - which she has covered with her QVC line - her retail presence is evidence to the contrary." In February 2012, Rachel also announced the launch of an extensive jewelry collection, taking inspiration from her personal vintage collection, as well as a highly anticipated cold weather accessories line of hats, gloves, belts and scarves.

Fueled by her infinite love of fashion, Rachel continues pushing into new arenas. She has been the recipient of numerous prestigious industry awards including: The Fashion Group International's Fashion Oracle Award, the Accessories Council Fashion Influencer Ace Award, Hollywood Life Magazine's Star Stylist Award and Hollywood Reporter's Most Influential Stylist. And perhaps most notably, Rachel was the recipient of 2011's Launch of the Year Award from the Footwear News Association. As Harper's Bazaar Editor-in-chief, Glenda Bailey put it best, "The secret to Rachel's success is the absolute clarity of her taste and her uncynical passion for fashion. You can immediately identify a Rachel Zoe look- retro, glamorous, bohemian- but she still makes her clients look like individuals."

Whether dressing her distinguished clients for the red carpet, styling editorial spreads, lending her vast expertise to brands, mentoring young designers, forging the synergy between digital media and fashion or designing her ready-to-wear collection, Rachel remains an inspiring and unstoppable figure in the world of fashion.
