Earlier this week, Lin-Manuel Miranda teamed with Ben Platt for the newest song in his #Hamildrop series, Found/Tonight. Today, Lin dropped some footage from rehearsals for their performance at today's March for Our Lives to end gun violence in America. Check out the two Tony winners rehearsing, sharing some laughs, and taking to the skies for a duet performance of "Defying Gravity" from Wicked. Check out the twosome in action below!
This track is the latest installment in the HAMILDROP series. Lin-Manuel Miranda took to Twitter in December 2017 to announce that he will be dropping new Hamilton music every month until December 2018.
Miranda explained that this is in place of a volume two of The Hamilton Mixtape, which was released last year and features a collection of remixes, covers, and tracks inspired by the multi-Tony Award winning Broadway musical.
The duo will also perform the song at March for Our Lives- a Washington, DC rally to end gun violence.
