VIDEO: Carly Rose Watch: Sonenclar Sings Lennon, Elton John

Carly Rose Sonenclar demonstrated that she has more in her bag of tricks than just a stellar singing voice. The 13-year-old played the piano as she sang a moving version of the John Lennon classic, "Imagine' on last night's THE X FACTOR. The teen sensation then performed Elton John's "Your Song" as her Contestants' Choice song. Check out her performances below!

Commented L.A. Reid of the performance, "What I love is that you've taken your artistic credibility up one notch by playing the piano," and added, "You always go in and find that [high] note, don't you?"

Said Demi Lovato, "The only predictable thing about that performance was that it was going to be amazing," continuing, "[You] sounded really beautiful. Loved that you took a risk."

Simon Cowell put a damper on things by calling the arrangement "overcomplicated," but Britney Spears quickly retorted, "It is time for you to go beyond this stage and compete with the biggest stars in the world."

Commenting on her performance of 'Your Song,' Cowell said it was "a beautiful version of a fantastic song."

Sonenclar has appeared on Broadway in Les Miserables and Wonderland, and has also taken the stage in NYMF's The Night of the Hunter (2006) and the national tour of Little House on the Prairie the Musical.
