It's been a busy week for Broadway's Brandon Victor Dixon as he takes over the role of Aaron Burr in Lin-Manuel Miranda's revolutionary smash, HAMILTON.
It was only a month ago when talented actor and singer finished his run as Eubie Blake in SHUFFLE ALONG, OR THE MAKING OF THE MUSICAL SENSATION OF 1921 AND ALL THAT FOLLOWED, a role that earned him his second Tony nomination as an actor. Dixon was similarly honored for his Broadway debut as Harpo in the original production of THE COLOR PURPLE and he's a Tony winner as a producer of HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH.
It was close to the five-minute call of last night's performance when Dixon began livestreaming a Facebook Q&A, so as he fields questions he's also getting into costume.
