Department of Design 2016 Faculty Exhibition: Research through Making
Urban Arts Space welcomes The Ohio State University Department of Design Faculty Exhibition. The 2016 show will feature work by current faculty members and lecturers. The exhibition will present design projects and studies that demonstrate the value of design within the context of research and discovery.
Ceramics as Deception
Clay can be formed into any shape. Once it's fired the medium becomes ceramic and permanent, what one may call a transformation image. This exhibition is dedicated to how ceramics plays upon our desires and reinforces how we are willing to allow ourselves to be deceived.
