Broadway is open for business! During Super Bowl week, Times Square will be busy, but accessible. The side streets will be open to allow paths to Broadway theaters. Check out the Super Bowl Fan's Guide to Broadway on Broadway.org for special performance schedules and information during Super Bowl week.
Charlotte St. Martin, Executive Director of The Broadway League, commented, "Broadway shows are rolling out the red carpet for visiting football fans to make it easy for them to see a show or two or three when in town! There's a show on Broadway for every taste - plays and musicals, comedies, dramas, family extravaganzas, and more. Locals should come to Broadway too! Don't stay on the sidelines -- huddle with your family, friends, or clients."
How to score tickets: Go to Broadway.org to get tickets at all price points from official ticketing sources.
Game times: Many shows kick off their evening performances at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m., with some shows playing afternoon matinees on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
