Universal Nabs Craig Zadan & Neil Meron's IN SIGHT, Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Universal Pictures has just picked up the psychological thriller IN SIGHT from Broadway, TV and film producing team Craig Zadan and Neil Meron.

According to Deadline, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is set to star and executive produce. Katie Lovejoy (THE SELECTION) is writing the script; no word yet on the plot.

Gordon-Levitt can currently be seen in theaters in THE WALK and will soon appear in the films THE NIGHT BEFORE and SNOWDEN. Among his recent big screen projects are THE INTERVIEW, SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR, THE WIND RISES, DON JON and more.

Zadan & Meron's THE WIZ LIVE! is currently in rehearsals and will air this winter on NBC. The duo also produced PETER PAN LIVE! and THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE! They hosted the OSCARS three years running and have produced countless Broadway shows and film projects, including a new funeral home-set TV series. The pair is also hard at work on a PIPPIN film adaptation, while BOMBSHELL, the musical at the center of their series SMASH, is being adapted for the stage.
