TinyRhino is: The Theatrical Drinking Game. It is also UglyRhino's take on the ten-minute play festival. Every month we commission six playwrights to write new plays, each including the same five dramatic elements. They might show up at any time, in any order, and with any frequency. When they do show up, they are cues for the audience to drink.

This month's playwrights include: Greg Beam (The Bloody Romantic), Andrew Farmer (The Gray Man), Dominic Finocchiaro (Like Trying to Count All the Drops of the Falling Rain ), Jay Stull (dir. The Future is Not What It Was), Elizabeth Swearingen (The Waiter Project), and Jared Warner (MURDERFIST Improv at UCB).

This month's directors include: Mike Hayhurst (King of Bohemia), Cat Miller (A Brief History of America), Noah Schechter (asst. dir. Natasha, Pierre, & the Great Comet of 1812), IlLana Stein (Or What She Will), Liz Torres (Breaking the Proscenium), and Hannah Wolf (Superhero Clubhouse).

February's drinking game elements will include: someone mentions the name of a US president, two people say the same thing at the same time, someone retracts a statement, someone plays an instrument, and someone sings to audience member.

TinyRhino will be on Monday, February 18th at 8pm at the Brooklyn Lyceum (227 4th Avenue at Union Street, Brooklyn). Tickets are $10 at the door, which includes one free beer. Every TinyRhino also features live jazz music, drink specials and giveaways, and a cocktail hour following the performance.
