The five-time Tony-winning Peter and the Starcatcher might have moved from on Broadway to off, but that doesn't mean that Peter Pan will be gone for long. According to the New York Post, two new versions of J.M. Barrie's timeless story might be heading to the Great White Way.

FLY, which is currently playing at Dallas Theatre Center, features a book by Rajiv Joseph, music by Bill Sherman and lyrics by Rajiv Joseph and Kirsten Childs, and choreography by Tony winner Andy Blankenbuehler. The show is being directeded by Broadway producer Jeffrey Seller, and Riedel writes that his spies were "quite taken with it."

The new musical FINDING NEVERLAND premiered in Leicester on September 22, and lead producer Harvey Weinstein is looking to bring it to the West End in spring 2014. Gary Barlow (The X Factor) has been brought on to write new songs for the new musical, which also has PIPPIN's Diane Paulus attached to direct. Depending on critical reception, the show could open on Broadway as early as 2015.

Fly opens with previews on Tuesday, July 2 and runs through Sunday, August 18 at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre in the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Seller's vision will come to life on stage in Dallas with a 30-person company of children and adults. Broadway veteran Bradley Dean (Spamalot, Evita) makes his DTC debut as the infamous villain Captain Hook. Eleven-year-olds Isabela Moner and Grant Venable, also first-timers to DTC, star as Wendy and Peter Pan. Austin Karkowsky will appear as John and Morgan Weed as Tink. DTC Brierley Resident Acting Company members include Hassan El-Amin (The Odd Couple, King Lear) and Chamblee Ferguson (A Christmas Carol, The Odd Couple, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) as pirates. Additional company members include Jacob Barnes, Hettie Barnhill, Tracee Beazer, Mallory Bechtel, Jace Duncan, Benjamin Errig, Campbell Walker Fields, Kayah Franklin, Brian Gonzales, Paula Green, Sasha Hollinger, Stephanie Klemons, Eddie Korbich, Denis Labmert, Jenny Laroche, Randy Pearlman, Victoria Pence, Sam Poon, Patrick Richwood, Lauren Santana, Jake Bennett Siegfried, Tanairi Vazquez and Kyra Wharton.

Adapted from the much-loved Oscar-winning Miramax film, FINDING NEVERLAND, this exquisite new production was brought to the Leicester stage by celebrated Oscar and Tony Award-winner Harvey Weinstein, with direction and choreography by Olivier and Tony Award-winner Rob Ashford (Anna Christie at Donmar Warehouse), a book by Allan Knee (Little Women on Broadway), and music and lyrics by Tony Award nominees Scott Frankel and Michael Korie. Escape to a wonderful world of enchantment with this musical tale of the life of playwright J.M. Barrie, and the inspiration behind his classic book, The Adventures of Peter Pan. With his last play a failure, James Barrie is crippled by writer's block and success seems like a far-away land. But then a chance encounter with widow Sylvia Llewellyn Davies and her four young sons sends his heart and imagination soaring, and their friendship gives birth to a magical tale that will live forever.
