Broadway vet Olivo is starring on the second season of NBC's 'Harry's Law.' Olivo joins fellow thespian Alfred Molina, who is also starring in a multi-episode arc.
Molina plays 'Eric Sanders, a man in his mid-late fifties who has been accused of murdering his wife. While admitting he was unhappy in his marriage and had dreamt of getting rid of her, he claims he's innocent. After spending time in jail, he has suffered from anxiety attacks and is estranged from his daughter who believes him to be guilty of murder.' Olivo will play a new 'hotshot lawyer.'
Olivo is best known for originating the role of Vanessa in the Tony Award-winning musical In the Heights both on and off Broadway. In 2009, Olivo received her first Tony Award for her performance as Anita in the Broadway revival of West Side Story. She was also nominated for both a Drama Desk and an Outer Critic's Circle Award for her critically acclaimed performance as Anita.
