Grant Turner to play the role of Zack in Broadway's A Chorus Line from May 13 through June 1 while Mario Lopez is on leave.

Grant Turner usually plays the role of cut dancer Frank, and understudies Zack, Larry, Don and Greg.

His press notes state,"Grant left home in New CastleAustralia at sixteen to tour all over the world with the award winning dance show Tap Dogs. After four years he ended up in the United Stated with a work visa but was not allowed to join Equity as they require a green card as well. Over the next six years Grant worked endlessly to acquire a green card to fulfill his dream to work on Broadway.During this time he had to audition for Broadway productions to build a case for his green card. He was able to join AGVA and do The Radio City Christmas Spectacular here in NYC, as well as other non equity work.

His first audition once he obtained his green card was for an open call for Non Equity performers for A Chorus Line. That was on a Friday, Monday he was at the final call back, and on Tuesday was hired as a cover for Zack, Larry, Don, and Greg."
