Tribeca PAC Writers In Performance Auditions Announced

BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center is conducting its 12-week writing and performance workshop culminating in performances to be held Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 7:30pm. We are looking for voices of all ages, ethnicities, styles and levels of experience.

The workshop will explore writing exercises, theater games, improvisation, movement and ensemble work in a safe, creative environment resulting in a theater piece performed by all participants. The opportunity to participate in the workshop and perform is offered without charge!

Auditions to be held at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, 199 Chambers Street (Between Greenwich & West Streets), Wednesday, September 12 & Thursday, September 13. AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Professional actor, director and teacher, Mario Giacalone, is the Facilitator and Director of the Writers in Performance program. Giacalone, the former Program Director at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, has taught acting in New York City for over ten years and has directed both stage and film.

BMCC Tribeca PAC is Downtown Manhattan's premier presenter of the arts, reaching audiences from the college community, downtown residential and business communities, local schools, families, and audiences of all ages.
