Tracy Morgan Comes to the Strand Theatre Tonight

Actor, author and comedian, Tracy Morgan, will take the stage at the Strand Theatre (www.strandcapitol.org) in York, PA for a night of sheer hilarity tonight, September 28, 2013 at 8:00PM. Tickets are on sale now online or at the Strand-Capitol Box Office -(717) 846-1111.

Morgan is the wildly unpredictable comic who rocketed to fame on Saturday Night Live, where he spent seven seasons and created memorable characters as "Astronaut Jones" and "Brian Fellows." After leaving SNL, Morgan went on to star in his own comedy series "The Tracy Morgan Show" and voiced "Spoonie Luv" on Comedy Central's "Crank Yankers." He is the Emmy-nominated actor behind the sly and ingenious character Tracy Jordan on NBC's award-winning and beloved hit sitcom, 30 Rock. His performance also earned him five NAACP Image Award nominations. Another milestone for Morgan was hosting the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on May 19th.

When he was just a boy living in the Coney Island projects, being funny was about survival.
