Tory Burch's lawyers have filed a motion three weeks after her exhusband filed a lawsuit against her and her company.  WWD reported that her lawyer Marc Wolinsky, from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, filed an extension on the deadline by which a resonse must be filed.  Christopher Burch countered with a motion seeking expedited decisions.

Tory Burch's lawyers would like more time to prepare their countersuit against Christopher Burch.  When they do file they plan on including claims against unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and a violation of intellectual property.  Or in plain English, accusing Christopher Burch's C. Wonder as being too similar to Tory Burch.
