Are the winter blues getting you down? Ready for a Revol-YOU-tion?

New York is the city of dreams. They say "you can make it here, you can make it anywhere." But being here and making it here - or even THRIVING here - are two different things.

Many actors, writers, and artists flock to New York to pursue their passions but perhaps just as many find themselves disappointed, disillusioned or just plain desperate after even a short time here. Tony-nominated director/creator Kristin Hanggi (Rock of Ages), and author/actress/meditation therapist Natalie Roy (30 Years, 30 Lessons) have joined forces to create an artist-centered holistic class series designed to reignite the fire that made you a creator in the first place. This 8-week workshop is designed to re-connect your body, mind, soul to the authentic dream inside of you.

This series will include breath-work and mediation, as well as practical tools for radical change and a powerful approach to living your dream now.

"Sometimes we like to think that our dream is 'out there' somewhere" says Hanggi "when its really about going deeper inside. I used to do this work with artists in Los Angeles, and what I saw in their lives was nothing short of miraculous. I'm talking about auditions booked, tv shows sold, movies made. See, sometimes we think we are waiting for someone to hand us our future and we are unaware of all the power inside of us now, at this very moment."

"This isn't about magical thinking, or sitting home and wishing. This is about action. Taking the reigns of your life and making it not only happen, but happen bigger and more powerfully than you could have imagined." Roy adds. "Winter is the perfect time to set the stage for spring. Why not make your stage your brightest and best?"

The workshop series begins Sunday March 1, and runs Sunday evenings through April 26 at Simple Studios (134 west 29th Street, 2nd floor). Discount available for signing up for all 8 weeks, or drop in to any number of classes for $30 a class.
