Roger Weaver's act has been described in the trades as "laugh-to-yourself funny."

SATURDAY, MARCH 15th @ 8pm: Scott Bruce & Patrick O'Donnell, with Irwin Loring

Scott Bruce a published author. Not one, not two, but three books are available on store shelves right now. Scott hosted the EMMY award winning PBS television show "The Pennsylvania Game". In between traveling the country, telling jokes, and writing books, he managed to start and run a successful business. It should come as no surprise that the business is a small chain of comedy clubs called Wise Crackers.

Patrick O'Donnell has been a comedian for over 20 years. Pat has been seen on Comedy Central, A&E's Comedy On The Road and was a $10,000 winner on ABC's America's Funniest People. He has also written jokes for Jay Leno and Jimmie "JJ" Walker. O'Donnell is a high-energy act, who spices up his performance with his knack for impressions. Former presidents, movie and TV stars could pop up anytime as searches for the humorous side of life. Pat has worked all over the country and is a regular at the Comedy Stops in Atlantic City and Las Vegas. He plays colleges and clubs as well as corporate functions for companies like Comcast and MBNA. Pat talks about today's current events, his Catholic upbringing and the trials of a man who takes care of the kids, as well as marriage in general. He light-heartedly pokes fun at all of them. Over the years, Pat has been the co-host of a cable talk show, acted in plays, done commercials and constantly updated his act to reflect his life. He hits the stage with a smile and leaves the audience laughing.

Irwin Loring finding life funny, on stage he will tell the stories of his children, parents, and their behaviors, his take on being divorced, or the twists of being in a relationship with a Vegan, animal rights activist. Irwin does all this with a smile, and his apparent love of all of them. He takes simple life moments and experiences, such as being at a local "All you care to eat" buffet, or the movie "The Wizard of Oz", and makes you laugh as if you were there at that moment. In the short time he has been performing on stage he has had many great moments and received many laughs. As founder of Kaleidoscope Comedy, which produces comedy shows in MD, DC and VA, Kaleidoscope Comedy is very committed to using comedy as a means of fundraising for many charities. He has been a featured comedian for Comcast on Demand, Web Comedy Club, and Local Point TV.

SATURDAY, MARCH 22nd @ 8pm: Kelly Terranova & Jared Stern

Kelly Terranova bills himself as "The World's Only Vegetarian NASCAR Fan"; this comedian seems to have energy that you would think could only come from animal protein. When Kelly Terranova hits the stage, audiences are taken on an energetic, hilarious and slightly cynical look at America's pop culture icons...from our fascination with figure skating to NASCAR to Crocs shoes to riverboat gambling. A former radio talk show host, Terranova's material is often culled from the day's headlines...there's no time for this "routine" to get routine. Terranova is known as a skilled comedian who features playful audience interaction, making each show unique. Kelly has been featured on CMT's Comedy Stage, FOX Sports and the NASCAR Speed Channel. He was a finalist in both the Funny Bone Comedy Club's World Series of Comedy and Carnival Cruise Line's Las Vegas Carnival Comedy Challenge. Kelly has appeared with Michael Bolton, The Doobie Brothers, Jim Breuer, Brett Butler and Tim Wilson.

Jared Stern Jared has been making complete strangers laugh at him for over a decade. During his career he has performed with the likes of Louis C.K., Judah Friedlander, Richard Lewis, Tom Arnold, Jon Lovitz, and Caroline Rhea. Jared has performed at the DC Improv, Baltimore Comedy Factory, Cozzy's Comedy Club and more. He was featured on 2012 Season of PBS's "The Truth About Money." The 2013 readers of the Washington City Paper voted Jared Best Comedian in DC. His album, Strangers Laugh at Me, was recently transcribed in the Library of Congress.

ABOUT THE BUCKS COUNTY PLAYHOUSE: Terrence McNally's Mothers and Sons, starring Tyne Daly, received its world premiere at the Bucks County Playhouse summer 2013 and made the leap to Broadway this spring, re-establishing the Playhouse as a Broadway incubator.

Located 90 minutes from New York City, Bucks County Playhouse opened in 1939 on the site of a gristmill dating from the late eighteenth century. Ironically, the structure was at that time in danger of demolition; however playwright Moss Hart and the local community rallied to save the building and re-opened it as a theatrical venue, which quickly became one of the country's most famous regional theaters, with a veritable who's who of American theatrical royalty including Helen Hayes, Kitty Carlisle, Colleen Dewhurst, Shirley Booth, Lillian Gish, Grace Kelly, Robert Redford, Walter Matthau, Angela Lansbury, Bernadette Peters, Rob Reiner, Alan Alda, Tyne Daly, Mike Nichols, Liza Minnelli and Audra McDonald.

Bucks County Playhouse, a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization, is committed to providing the finest in theatrical entertainment for visitors and residents of New Hope and the Bucks County area. The mission of the Bucks County Playhouse is to present first class professional entertainment and regain the Playhouse's historic place in the national theatrical landscape; and to stimulate, support, inspire and celebrate the performing arts in New Hope and Bucks County via our involvement with community programs, partnerships and arts education.
