According to a recent People.com article, Meryl Streep and Tina Fey may be collaborating on a new film.
The man behind this project is Streep's costar Stanley Tucci from "The Devil Wears Prada" and "Julie & Julia." According to People and the LA Times, Tucci would direct the mother-daughter comedy which has the Working Title "Mommy & Me." Tucci would also produce the project, which is in its beginning stages. No script and no writers have signed on yet. But according to sources, the package has been seen by studios and many have an interest. Fey once told Entertainment Weekly that she's always wanted to work with Streep. This project could grant her that wish.To read the People article, click here.
