Tim Murray's WORLD FAMOUS to Premiere at Theatre for the New City, 5/14-18

World Famous, a new play by Tim Murray will have its world premiere at Theatre for the New City May 14th - 18th.

Directed by JV Mercanti (Associate Director of Romeo and Juliet starring Orlando Bloom) "World Famous" stars Max Chernin*, Kathleen DeSilva, Katie McClellan* (NBC's "Believe"), Tom McVey*, Tamara Jackson-Morris, Chelsea Picken* (Saturday Night Live) and Tim Singleton. This is an Equity approved showcase.

Does hard work and kindness pay off in the city of dreams or do you have to adapt to a harsher, colder attitude in order to survive in New York City? Find out in WORLD FAMOUS, a hilarious one act comedy about the struggle to stay positive, set inside a fictional chain restaurant in Times Square.

Tim Murray is the writer/producer of Non-Equity Dinner Theatre Spotted, a spooftastic web series playfully poking fun at Broadway Spotted. He also wrote and produced The Connector, which received it's world premiere at Theatre for the New City in August. He is currently performing in 50 Shades! Off-Broadway.
