Tiffany Designs Gives Back this Prom Season

Prom fashion market leader Tiffany Designs supplied 10 prom gowns to the Beth Dillinger Foundation and Beth's Closet at PACE Center for Girls in Pinellas County, Florida. PACE offers girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy. Tiffany Designs was offered the opportunity to contribute to this charity through donation of the dresses in April and was eager to give back to the community.

The Beth Dillinger Foundation will hold its Fifth Annual "Value Me" Prom Magic Luncheon & Fashion Show on May 2 in St. Petersburg, Florida. The First "Value Me" Luncheon & Fashion Show fundraiser was held on Valentine's Day 2007 to benefit Beth's Closet and the PACE Center for Girls. The event was a resounding success with over 300 in attendance. The event does more than just raise funds for the organization. It also focuses on accomplishments and rewarding the efforts of girls from PACE.

PACE girls who have demonstrated good behavior while also maintaining good grades are selected to attend and are fitted with a prom gown and new shoes donated by members of the community and the Beth Dillinger Foundation. Seven girls who have made the greatest improvement have been chosen to participate in the fashion segment and will be modeling gowns graciously provided by sponsors like Tiffany Designs.

"Tiffany Designs was delighted to support this cause," said Wen Wu, President of Tiffany Designs. "We were eager to contribute our gowns for these special young ladies and to a charity dedicated to providing such beneficial and needed services in our community," he added.

The Beth Dillinger Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that provides support and education to boys and girls in need, including the Beth Dillinger Scholarship Fund, Beth's Closet at PACE center for Girls in Pinellas County, Florida, the Hope Chest clothes closets located in the Public Defender's Offices, and Nourish to Flourish partnership to feed hungry children.
