Tickets for the Columbia Stages presentation of Georges Feydeau's A Flea In Her Ear directed by Nadia Foskolou are now on sale to the public.
"Paris, 1907: A husband's sexual dysfunction triggers a cinematically orchestrated chain reaction of misunderstandings. As the bourgeois salon struggles to escape deconstruction, Feydeau's genius captures the transition from the Belle Époque to modern times. The period's fascination with technology serves as an absurdist device as the play exalts theatricality and celebrates the genre of farce," describe press notes.
A Flea In Her Ear, by Georges Feydeau, translated by Heather Denyer and Nadia Foskolou and directed by Nadia Foskolou performs October 17 – 20 at The Riverside Theatre (91 Claremont Avenue, between 120th and 122nd St).
