Award-winning magician Thomas Solomon will be performing a death-defying underwater escape from numerous pairs of regulation handcuffs fastened onto him by officers of the New York City Police Department.

On Sunday, March 18th at 2:20pm at the New York Aquarium’s Colossal Observation Tank (COT), Thomas Solomon will be securely fastened into numerous sets of regulation handcuffs and will be thrown into the frigid Colossal Observation Tank or “COT”, located near the outdoor touch pool. Once submerged, he will attempt to release himself from the restraints underwater. This event is to promote the on-going exhibitions at the New York Aquarium and “Magic at Coney!!!” which is a variety performance of magicians that begins with a headline stage performance by Thomas Solomon on March 24th. Magic at Coney!!! takes place at Sideshows By The Seashore at Coney Island USA (1208 Surf Ave.) beginning March 24th and runs throughout the spring and summer.
