Descartes a la Mode by Thomas Michael Campbell is a new play that examines what happens when the pressures of recovering alcoholic MAl Barron's love life, teaching career, and curriculum standards clash as he struggles to balance his beliefs with his responsibilities. As much sexy as it is intelligent, Descartes a la Mode is a beautiful, poignant new drama about pride, love, sex, and the forbidden.
