On Monday, December 18 the Theater People podcast welcomes Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita (MATILDA THE MUSICAL, DAMES AT SEA, ZORRO THE MUSICAL).
On what will be the final Theater People episode of 2018, Margherita discusses WHO'S HOLIDAY, the one woman show in which she is currently starring as a grown up Cindy Lou Who--the character from the beloved Dr. Seuss Christmas classic How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
For the episode, Margherita talks about why she took the role, the challenges of memorizing a one woman show written in rhyming couplets, and the differences between performing a solo show and a cabaret act. WHO'S HOLIDAY, written by Matthew Lombordo and directed by Carl Andress, runs through New Year's Eve.
