The Pop Ups are a two-time GRAMMY nominated children's musical duo based in Brooklyn. Celebrating creativity and DIY know-how in their electro-pop songs, the duo employs all manner of props in their shows: cardboard bugs, a chalkboard, balloons, hand-painted sets, and a cast of original puppets. Recognized as one of the country's top 15 kids' bands by Time Out New York Kids, they made their television debut on Sprout's Sunny Side Up Show in 2014. At this rare NYC show, the duo will perform their hits like "Box of Crayons," "Radio Jungle" and "All These Shapes," and debut songs from their newest album Great Pretenders Club, available from Amazon Music. Chosen as one of the top albums of 2015 by Cool Mom Picks, Fids and Kamily and Zooglobble, Great Pretenders Club includes the funny and fantastical song "Bird and Rhino," which is now an animated video hit as well.
