The Peoples Improv Theater (The PIT) Melodion Theatre present an encore performance of Frankie and Sarah's Gone with the Wind Fever Dream. This added performance will take place January 24 at 9:30pm at The Peoples Improv Theater, 123 E. 24th St, New York, NY 10010. Tickets are $10.

Late one night, two Southern-born gal pals fall asleep while watching Gone with the Wind and find themselves caught in a FEVER DREAM! Join them on a journey of epic proportions as they forge through their fused, Gone-with-the-Wind- saturated subconscious. Part reconstruction, part deconstruction, and part pop culture nonsense...What happens next will be but a dreeeeeeeam remembered (remembered) ((remembered)). Oh god, it's starting already!

Sarah Morgan Ashey (Writer/Performer), Frankie Johnson (Writer/Performer), Eric Thomas Johnson (Producer), Janet Elliott (Graphic Design).

SARAH MORGAN ASHEY (Writer/Performer) spent her youth in the backwoods of Tennessee where she ate squirrel meat and ran a successful moonshine business. After a bad bout with food poisoning, she decided to get serious with her life...So she became an actor/writer.

Sarah went on to graduate from The University of the South with a BA in Theater and studied acting at Michael Howard Studios. She is a company member of New York's Pantomonium Productions and Puppetry Arts NYC. Two of her original shows were accepted to the Tennessee Women's Theatre Project's Annual Women's Work Festival. She also co-wrote a holiday musical that was professionally produced in Nashville, TN.

Sarah currently lives in Brooklyn and performs every Monday night with PIT House Team, Navy Blue Seals. You can also catch Sarah every Sunday night at the with her indie team, Skycopter in Act One: The Show of Improvised One-Act Plays.

!FRANKIE JOHNSON (Writer/Performer) is a writer and actress currently living and working in New York City. She wrote the book and lyrics to the musical dark comedy The Hills Are Alive! which had successful runs at both the 2012 New York International Fringe Festival and the 2013 New York Musical Theatre Festival.

In addition to writing for musical theater, she writes sketch comedy both independently and as part of the groups Ashey and Johnson and Dolphin Attack. She has had her works premiered at several venues around NYC, including The Romulus Linney Theatre at Signature Center, The Peoples Improv Theater, Theatre 80, Don't Tell Mama, The Duplex, and The Tank.

She performs as a comedic improviser with the teams Cum Laude, Gilda, and Skycopter. As an actress, she has also been seen in various productions in regional theatre and in NYC. Credits include: The Hills Are Alive!, The Future Is in Eggs, Sicilian Limes, Eurydice, Faith, Hope & Charity, The Complete History of America (abridged), Hay Fever, The Pirates of Penzance, among others.

Melodion Theatre LLC was founded in 2012 with the mission to produce new works for the stage. Its first production was the new dark comedy The Hills Are Alive!, featured at The New York International Fringe Festival (2012) and The New York Musical Theatre Festival (2013).
