The Ogunquit Playhouse is please to present the most Tony®-Award-Winning musical of all time, Mel Brooks', THE PRODUCERS, July 16th through August 9th. Don't miss this hilarious story about Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom, who try to oversell a Broadway flop only to incur complications when the show unexpectedly turns out to be a hit. Highlights include "Springtime for Hitler" and "Where Did We Go Right?" You'll enjoy every insane minute!

The Producers stars veteran actor CORY ENGLISH in the roll of the producer Max Bialystock. Cory has just finished a 10 month tour of the UK as Max in The Producers after a year in the same role in London's west end Theatre Royal Drury Lane.  Starring as Max's hapless accountant, Leo Bloom, is Andy Taylor, recreating his role from the National Tour of The Producers. Broadway veteran, Ida Leigh Curtis will star as Ulla, also recreating her role from the National Tour. Returning to the Ogunquit stage as Roger Debris, is award-winning Boston entertainer and Ogunquit favorite, Ryan Landry. Ryan was last seen as Edna in the highly acclaimed 2007 production of Hairspray.

The Playhouse is the first regional theatre in the country to feature Robin Wagner's Tony Award winning Broadway sets and William Ivey Long's Tony® Award winning costumes. The smash-hit comedy also features 404 costumes, 13 wigs, 400 props, 22 actors, 16 horny little old ladies, 24 orchestra members, 40 tap shoes, 22 Hitler moustaches, 2,000 hairpins per week, 2 wheelchairs, 6 broken leg casts, 24 Dixon Ticonderoga pencils, 10,000 beads on the Chrysler dress and one trick sausage! All it is missing is you!

The magic continues at the Ogunquit Playhouse with a glorious production of My Fair Lady (August 13 - September 6), and Les Misérables starring Andrea McArdle and Ryan Landry (September 10 – October 12).
