After three years, Jonas Brothers will return to the stage with an exclusive one night only engagement on Thursday, October 11, 2012, at 8:00pm/EST at Radio City Music Hall. The concert is their only U.S. show planned for 2012. The band will perform their hits, and will also debut highly anticipated new music set for release in 2013.
"Over the last three years, we've all had life changing experiences -- both individually and as a group," said Nick Jonas. "Those experiences allowed us to create new music that we are really proud of and excited to share with our fans."
"Our fans have been so supportive with all of our individual projects, and we couldn't think of a better way to thank them than with new material," added Joe.
"We couldn't be more excited to be back on the stage performing together again! Being on stage is like home for us," said Kevin.
The Jonas Brothers burst onto the music scene in August 2007 with their self-titled debut album, which included the hit single, “S.O.S.” The song soared to #1 on iTunes while the CD made the top five albums on the Billboard charts and was soon certified double platinum. With the release of the band's second album, A Little Bit Longer, the Jonas Brothers became the first artist ever to have three albums on the Billboard Top 10 at once – Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer and the Camp Rock soundtrack. In 2009, they released Lines, Vines and Trying Times, a global hit that became their second #1 album in one year.
Since then, the Jonas Brothers have sold a combined 20 million units worldwide, earned over 40 Gold & Platinum record certifications and achieved the Guinness World Record for Most Singles to Enter Straight into the US Top 20 in a year by a group (five singles in 2009). They received their first Grammy nomination in 2008 for Best New Artist, and have won nearly 50 awards across the globe, including an American Music Award.
