When Jebadiah Sminch was 17, he vowed to kill himself at age 25, if he wasn't Married by the time he was 23. On Saturday, Carter will be throwing a going away party for Jeb. The two days before the party, we find our two lead characters roaming the streets of a hip neighborhood in Queens, New York City, recalling childhood memories, day dreaming and spending time trying to figure everything out.
