The Charlotte improvisational theatre group, the Chuckleheads, will celebrate their fifth birthday/anniversary with a comedy improv musical variety extravaganza at Theatre Charlotte, 501 Queens Road, Charlotte on Saturday, October 13 at 8p.
The show will be a combination of improvisational comedy (ala Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Improv-a-ganza, and the Second City,) musical games/activities, game show elements, and the heavy-duty audience participation that has become a staple of Chuckleheads’ shows over the last five years.
“Fabulous Prizes” will be raffled off during the show with the proceeds going toward fundraising for Actor’s Crib, Inc., the Chuckleheads’ parent 501c3 non-profit corporation.
Tickets are $15 at the door or $10 when you purchase a ticket at www.planetimprov.com or get added to the guest list by emailing scott@planetimprov.com or calling 704.301.1564. The doors will open at 7p.
Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks will be available at Theatre Charlotte before and during the show.
Parking is free in the lots surrounding the Theatre Charlotte.
