'The Battery's Down' Holds Season Two CD Release Performance, 7/18

Fans of 'The Battery's Down' are invited to an exclusive, one-night only CD Signing and Performance celebrating the Second Season CD release of The Battery's Down.

Join Season 2 cast members cast members John Hill (THE BOY FROM OZ), David Hull (WICKED), Marla Mindelle (SOUTH PACIFIC), Jenna Coker-Jones (LITTLE SHOP..., THE BATTERY'S DOWN), Dani Spieler (LEGALLY BLONDE), Nina Sturtz, Alysha Umphress (AMERICAN IDIOT), and creator Jake Wilson for an evening of free songs and signing July 18 at 8:30 pm upstairs at Hurley's. CD signing will immediately follow performances. Hurley's is located in Manhattan at 232 West 48th Street. Seating is available for performance on a first-come, first-served basis.

"The Battery's Down" is a musical web series that follows a young actor's struggle to make it big. The Season 2 Soundtrack, overseen by Musical Supervisor Adam Wachter, features original songs by Broadway's best including Glen Kelly and Lisa Lambert, Ryan Scott Oliver and Kirsten Guenther, Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen, Michael Arden, B.T. Ryback, John Hill and Micah Schraft, Lance Horne and the Pulitzer Prize-winning Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey.

The album features the vocal talents of Shoshana Bean, Tituss Burgess, Jenna Coker Jones, Will Gibson-Chase, Deidre Goodwin, Carly Jibson, Andy Karl, Andrew Keenan-Bolger, Caissie Levy, Marla Mindelle, Brynn O'Malley, Vanessa Ray, Dani Spieler, Dana Steingold, Nina Sturtz, Alysha Umphress, Jake Wilson and Cortney Wolfson.
