The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) Gallery 800 presents a special 12th anniversary exhibition of Art Unites 12, a dynamic mix of diverse artists' work from contributing IATSE Locals, opening on Saturday, January 12 from 5:00- 8:00 pm, with a hosted reception and live music featuring the "Do Drop In" jazz trio. Located in the heart of the famed NoHo Arts District, Gallery 800 showcases guild members' personal art in a series of shows throughout the year. Art Unites 12 will commence the 2019 Gallery 800 exhibition series, which is open to the public. This exhibit will run through March 3, 2019.

"Gallery 800 is honored to present our 12th annual Art Unites show --Art Unites 12. This exhibit celebrates and promotes connection and unity between the diverse IATSE Locals. With over 65 artists and 150 pieces of artwork, this is one of our biggest shows to-date," said Abra Brayman, ADG Gallery 800 Curator.

In keeping with the spirit of "Art Unites," Gallery 800 will feature artists who are members of the Art Directors Guild (IATSE Local 800) in addition to invited members of the Motion Picture Set Painters & Sign Writers (IATSE Local 729); Script Supervisors/Continuity, Coordinators, Accountants, and Allied Production Specialists Guild (IATSE Local 871); Make-Up Artists & Hair-Stylists Guild (IATSE Local 706); Affiliated Property Craftspersons (IATSE Local 44) and SAG-AFTRA. These talented artists are leading art department professionals, who, through a combination of observation, passion and imagination, bring the writer's words and the director's vision to life in television and film. When not working as integral creative members of the entertainment community, they contribute to the fine art scene with their personal artwork.
