In commemoration of Black History Month, the Arsenal Gallery is pleased to present "The Power of Play: Celebrating Black History Month" an exhibition of more than thirty artworks by artists, Parks & Recreation employees, and senior members at recreation centers throughout the city. The exhibition features paintings, drawings, quilts and photographs that express athletic pursuits in relation to the African American experience.
