The Latin American Cultural Week (LACW) returns to New York for its 13th annual celebration of the rich variety of Latin American Dance, Theater, Music, Film, Literature, and Visual Arts. The dozens of events will be held in venues throughout Manhattan and the boroughs. LACW is presented by PAMAR (Pan American Art Research), founded by Polly Ferman.
