Tapper's Diamonds & Fine Jewelry will launch its fall/winter Accent magazine Wed., Nov. 6, 2013, following a Private cocktail party announcing its freshman class of Jewelry Stars.

Selected for their impeccable personal taste and signature jewelry styles, the Jewelry Stars are an inspiration to everyone they meet.
