Broadway legend Tammy Grimes is extending the premiere of her new solo show "Miss Tammy Grimes," which has been playing a hit run at The Metropolitan Room since opening on April 4.
Her audiences in recent weeks have included Eli Wallach and Anne Jackson, Lanie Kazan, Patricia Neal, Julie Wilson, Byron Janus and Maria Cooper, and Joan Rivers.
Grimes won Tonys for her work in Private Lives and for creating the title role in The Unsinkable Molly Brown. Other Broadway credits include Orpheus Descending, 42nd Street, Trick, Tartuffe, California Suite, and High Spirits. Film credits include High Art, A Modern Affair, Slaves of New York, The Last Unicorn and Can't Stop the Music.
