TWITTER WATCH: SHUFFLE ALONG's Joshua Henry Sings a Bit of AMAZING GRACE

Commanding Broadway actor Joshua Henry may be prepping to star in SHUFFLE ALONG later this season, but on this day of remembrance it's only appropriate to hear his beautiful voice in a few heartfelt bars of the song that inspired the first Broadway musical of the season, AMAZING GRACE.

Broadway's new musical Amazing Grace began previews on June 25, 2015 at Broadway's Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street) and officially opened on Thursday, July 16.

The cast features Tony Award nominee Josh Young, Erin Mackey, Tony Award winner Chuck Cooper, Tom Hewitt,Chris Hoch,Stanley Bahorek, Harriett D. Foy, Laiona Michelle, Rachael Ferreraand Elizabeth Ward Land.

The new musical features music and lyrics by Christopher Smith and a book by Christopher Smith and Arthur Giron, directed by Gabriel Barre (Andrew Lippa's THE WILD PARTY) and choreographed by Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli (NEWSIES).
