Brains are sexy, they say, so it only makes sense that recent MacArthur "Genius" Grant recipient, Hamilton's star and author, Lin-Manuel Miranda, has been selected as one of People Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive for 2015.
The top spot went to soccer star David Beckham, but when you consider how many other men are alive in this world, being a runner-up is not too shabby.
It's been quite a year for the Tony-winner who first burst onto the scene as the composer/lyricist and star of IN THE HEIGHTS. Not only has he successfully incorporated hip hop into the Broadway vernacular, but his latest success has been breaking barriers by having its original Broadway cast album reach the top spot on Billboard's Rap Chart and even inspiring President Barack Obama to publically use it as an example of an effective way to help children learn and relate to American history.
And in case you're wondering, a sexy evening with this Broadway star is simply "Netflix and chill."
