TVGN Special to Follow Wendy Williams CHICAGO Debut

Wendy Williams will be featured in a new TVGN special which will chronicle The Talk show host as she prepared to make her Broadway debut in the long-running Tony-award winning musical Chicago.

In the WENDY WILLIAMS PROJECT (working title), the vivacious, buzz-making talk show host, TV personality and New York Times bestselling author Wendy Williams gives an inspiring look behind the curtain at her personal life during the most challenging period in her career.

Viewers will follow Wendy as she embarks on her Broadway debut in the musical production of "Chicago" and prepares for her role as the prison matron Mama Morton. The cameras will also capture Wendy at the taping of her daily talk show, "The Wendy Williams Show," which has been picked up through the 2016-2017 season and taping at the same time as her Broadway rehearsals.

Set to air this fall on TVGN, the WENDY WILLIAMS PROJECT is a candid, up-close presentation of one of the most captivating personalities in show business today. WENDY WILLIAMS PROJECT is produced by Wendy Williams Productions with Wendy Williams, Kevin Hunter, Lisa Knapp and Jill Ramsey as Executive Producers.
