TRIPLE THREAT Returns to Triple Door Mainstage

TRIPLE THREAT w/ Kimball Allen, the 90-minute Seattle variety talk show, is coming back to the Triple Door mainstage on Wednesday, March 15th, 2017, for another all-star lineup of performances including:

• Gay vocal comedy group Captain Smartypants (ensemble of Seattle Men's Chorus)

• Seattle's favorite comedian Elicia Sanchez

• Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest spokesperson Cyndy Wilson

• Pacific Northwest alternative soul musician Whitney Monge (guest introduction by radio personality Marco Collins )

Producers are changing the mission of the show. Creator and host, Kimball Allen, calls it, "Entertainment with a purpose." He adds, "Considering the recent presidential election and political climate, a lot of Seattleites are pretty freaked out. Feeling inspired by the Women's March and Black Lives Matter movements, all shows moving forward will be devoted to raising funds for social justice causes." The next show will be devoted to empowered women. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Planned Parenthood. Performers and the creative team will also be donating their time and talents.

The historic Triple Door combines world-class entertainment complimented by the award winning food of Wild Ginger. The Triple Door is a venue that redefines the live performance experience and radiates urban cool with plush half-moon booths, colorful cocktails and state of the art sound.
