Laura Linney and Alicia Silverstone, currently appearing in Manhattan Theatre Club's production of TIME STANDS STILL, will appear on tomorrow's episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
Linney and Silverstone taped a cooking segment for the show and Silverstone will also appear on the episode to discuss The Kind Diet, her New York Times best-selling book.
"The Oprah Winfrey Show" airs in New York on WABC-TV at 4 PM. Check local listings for airings outside of New York.
TIME STANDS STILL is currently in previews and will open Thursday, January 28 at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).
In addition to Linney and Silverstone, TIME STANDS STILL features Eric Bogosian and Brian d'Arcy James. The play is written by Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies and is directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan.
Sarah and James, a photographer and a journalist (Laura Linney and Brian d'Arcy James), have been together for years and share a passion for documenting the realities of war. But when circumstances compel them to return home to New York and their circle of friends (Eric Bogosian and Alicia Silverstone) the adventurous couple confronts the prospect of a more conventional life.
